Conference Proceedings

Proceedings for the MENU-2019 conference will be published as a peer-reviewed article online as an AIP Conference Proceedings. The author templates both MS Word and LaTex can be downloaded from the AIP Scitation page: http://aip.scitation.org/apc/authors/preppapers . You will also find detailed instructions there. Page limits are up to 10 pages for Plenary Speakers and up to 7 pages for all other talks. Please be sure to note that you must submit the following, or we will be unable to publish your proceeding.

• A final PDF file of your paper with fonts embedded
• A signed License to Publish Agreement
• Copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material

It is important that your pdf file have all needed fonts embedded. Please use the Embedding Fonts Instructions (PDF) to do that. In order be able to publish the proceedings in a timely fashion, please submit your proceedings with the additional material by Friday, August 16, 2019. Material will be uploaded to DropBox through then file request link:

When uploading files, you must use the following naming scheme, where “LastName” and “FirstName” are your family and common name, respectively.
