Registration and Fees

Registration for the event is now open.

Registrants may invite one guest to the reception (to be held on Wednesday) and conference dinner (to be held on Thursday).

Registration fees include the welcome reception (on Wednesday), dinner (on Thursday), as well as light breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks.

• Standard:
  • Early registration (up to May 19): $275
  • Late registration (after May 19): $350
• Student:
  • Early registration (up to May 19): $200
  • Late registration (after May 19): $250
• Guest (reception & conference dinner): $100

Meals & Coffee Breaks

A light breakfast, as well as lunch, will be offered on each day.

Breakfasts and coffee will be served in Doherty Hall room A301D, on the same level as the room where plenaries will be held (Doherty Hall room A302).

Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday will be served in the Rangos Ballroom in the Cohon University Center.

The reception and poster session on Thursday evening will be held in Simmons Auditorium B in the Tepper Building on Forbes Avenue.

The conference dinner on Thursday evening will be held at The Tent at Schenley Plaza, which is a short walk from the CMU campus.
