The author templates both MS Word and LaTex can be downloaded from the AIP Scitation page:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/aip.scitation.org\/apc\/authors\/preppapers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/aip.scitation.org\/apc\/authors\/preppapers<\/a> . You will also find detailed instructions there. <strong><span style=\"color: #e09900;\">Page limits are up to 10 pages for Plenary Speakers and up to 7 pages for all other talks<\/span>.<\/strong> Please be sure to note that you must submit the following, or we will be unable to publish your proceeding.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A final PDF file of your paper with fonts embedded<\/li>\n<li>A signed License to Publish Agreement<\/li>\n<li>Copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important that your pdf file have all needed fonts embedded.
