Shuttle Schedule and Parking
Parking Instructions
Reception parking is available without a code after 6pm on Monday, October 23. Guests can park in any campus lot after 6, but the closest to the event is the Morewood Parking lot. For October 24 and 25, free campus parking is available at the CMU East Campus Garage. The parking code for the two day event will be 125199#. Guests must input the complete numeric portion with the # key to trigger the gate to raise upon entry and exit. If guests arrive and the lot is full or signage reflects “leaseholders only”, they should proceed to the gate as the purchase of a code has them act as though they are leaseholders for that date.
Shuttle Schedule
Shuttles will be available for transportation from the Residence Inn Oakland and Hilton Garden Inn Oakland to all workshop activities. Two shuttles will depart from each stop.
